Free Lunch and learn session – Meet fellow Ottawa ASIS members, discussion panel on becoming and maintaining your ASIS certification(s).
Join Jacque J. Gagne CPP, PSP, Susan Munn, CPP and Terri Govang, CPP as they discuss their experience in becoming and remaining accredited CPP, ASIS International – Board Certified in Security Management. In this lunch and learn session, you will learn tips and tricks on how to prepare for the certification exams, including challenges and recommendations and how to maintain your accreditation. You will also get to know more from your local chapter leaders. You will have opportunities to ask questions and learn from your fellow chapter colleagues. The discussion will be facilitated by Mark Bottomley CPP, PSP.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions of the presenters.

Jacques is a Security Management Consultant and Mentor. Susan Munn, MBA, CPP
Susan Munn’s security and business risk management experience encompasses law enforcement, government, academia, and private sectors. Leveraging lessons of excellence and best practices, Susan brings a unique and valuable service for her clients to her own consulting practice. As a dedicated Security Professional, she has over 35 years of demonstrated international success in both the public and private sectors. Susan is the former Vice Chair, ASIS International Physical Security Council, and serving as Chapter Chair Ottawa Chapter and ARVP Women in Security.

Terri Govang, CPP
Terri Govang is the Director of Strategic Security & Technology National Capital Region at WSP. She made the 2020 Canadian Security’s Top 10 Under 40. She leads change management, strategy development and implementation of comprehensive security and technology solutions.

Mark Bottomley, P. Eng., CPP, PSP, PMP
Mark is a Senior Systems Engineer and Project Engineer with many years of diversified experience in security electronics, production and R&D software, as well as military systems and communications systems design.
