ASIS Ottawa Chapter Members,
The 2024 chapter executive roles are open for nominations, and we are calling for volunteers for various committee positions.
Elected Chapter Executive Positions:
- Chairperson
- Vice-Chairperson
- Treasurer
- Secretary
Committee Volunteer Position Examples:
- Communications Chair
- ASIS Foundation Liaison
- Chapter Newsletter Editor

We also ask current chapter executives to make it known to the members if they wish to continue their role as chapter executives for the 2024 year.
If you would like to nominate a chapter member or put your name forward to serve on the executive board or committees, please complete the form by 11:59 pm on Tuesday, November 14, 2023. Please ensure that the member being nominated is willing to hold a chapter executive position and will be able to participate in chapter activities throughout the 2024 calendar year.
If it should occur where a chapter executive position has more than one candidate, then an e-voting election will take place starting on Wednesday, November 15th, 2023. Otherwise, a single nomination for an executive position will result in acclamation. Only members who are with the Ottawa Chapter roster will be permitted to accept nomination, acclamation, or participate in the voting process.
